A most artistic rendering of this magnificent station, Adele. The shot has such a painterly quality, which makes it an eye-catching synthesis of literal and art. What a palace from which to begin a journey by rail - the type that appear in novels. And your photo has all the ingredients that attract and hold the eye. As interesting as all the architectural and artistic grandeur is, one is also attracted to the various visitors/travelers with a certain amount of curiosity as to what THEY are thinking as they experience this remarkable station. I also agree with Carla as to how nicely the classical architecture and modern departures/arrivals display co-exist. Definitely a favorite and a welcome example of your film work!
