Aubergine Kebab

It is prepared at a sunny weekend in a rural area for dinner. it is basicly made with eggplant and lamb is a very delicious kind of Kebab. I can assure you its taste is more fantastic than its appearance. You can eat best prepared examples of it in Gaziantep and UIrfa city of Turkey.

    Thanx for your true and pure comment miss Yasemin. It was an instant and a casual photo in the garden of a cottage. Colors just crashed into my eyes and I shot it. Indeed, the compositon was arranged by my father in law who was preparing dinner for me and my wife.
