An old tree casts long, ominous shadows on a whitewashed brick
house in the sunshine of a late winter afternoon in Annapolis, Maryland.
Adapted from an Ektachrome transparency, shot through the 40 mm f/1.7 lens of my
"new" 1970s-era Canon QL17GIII compact rangefinder, on its first outing in 2015.
