Along the Tracks - No. 1
Some splashes of color were welcome to a photographer’s eye as I walked along some CSX tracks, seeking out motifs for both the Fujichrome Velvia 50 film in my Contax G2 and the ultra-wide Zeiss Biogon T 21 mm lens through which the camera was viewing the world on this gray winter afternoon.
Thus, the bold yellow manual switch lever and indicator caught my eye. But it wasn’t until I received
the slides from the lab that I noticed the bird feather someone had thoughtfully inserted into the device!
