Weithin sichtbar steht die gewaltige Traubeneiche auf einer Höhe zwischen Rehbach und Kirchbrombach (Odenwald). Die Russeneiche ist etwa 25 Meter hoch und hat einen Stammumfang von 5,80 Meter. Bis auf eine Höhe von acht Metern ist der Stamm hohl. Dennoch ist sie erstaunlich vital und dekorativ gewachsen.

Ich kenne die Russeneiche noch ohne Zaun. Von dem Standpunkt hat man wirklich einen traumhaften Ausblick.
