Common Lizard



A fellow photographer told us of a spot where they were thanks to him this is the result. At one of our favourite places. Lizards some times shed their tails when attacked.

a wonderful photo, Harold! I love lizards, they're very important in nature....
yes, they shed their tails. some grow back.... not all species, but some do... and they need then a lots of energy...
