Die Werksdirektion des Bergwerks General Blumenthal befand sich an der Herner Straße in Recklinghausen. (Schächte 1/2/6)

Am 1. Oktober 1992 wurden die Zechen General Blumenthal und Haard zum Verbundbergwerk Blumenthal/Haard zusammengelegt. Der Schriftzug an der Werksdirektion wurde direkt am ersten Tag aktualisiert.

Bereits in den Jahren 1971 bis 1975 ist ein Förderverbund zwischen Blumenthal und der Nachbaranlage Ewald Fortsetzung (Haard) in Oer Erkenschwick erstellt worden.

Danke für das Foto.
Ich glaube jeder Blumenthaler hat mal den Haupteingang fotografiert. 25 Jahre auf dem Pütt und heute fahre ich jeden Morgen an der Brache vorbei. Schade drum!
