Thanks a lot to all for good wishes for me and care for this lady and the poor in the world.Somehow I was misunderstood with this picture.
This lady actually quite well off financially.
Her problem is having left only very few teeth so difficult to bite food.
Therefore she thinking what to buy in the market that she can eat with the teeth left!
But I'm happy to see your caring heart from the comments.

I've seen much of this. This is the biggest problem of mankind, but there is no easy solution. We can donate, but the problem stays. Asia makes a lot of money in industry today, but they still have plenty of very poor, not knowing, what to live on. More and better education? Who knows, if this could help all of them? Anyway, it's a good picture for the last day of the year, while wir alle gut essen and drinken.Best wishes for 2013, Achim
