really interesting view!! framing is always so subjective and a personal taste/choice thing so again for me it's heavy and there's already a very heavy and dominating element in the comp. the boat/prop is fairly well balanced by the dof and expanse of space, although it's just a little bit difficult to get past the left side of the comp. but but but.......i love the concept's little kind of ironic juxtaposition: a massive beached vessel with it's propulsion device in plain sight—the thing for which you named the image—sharing the composition with a moored dory, doubtless propelled by humans with oars. : )))) thanks so much for making me think! the patina on that big old prop is fantastic. all very well-seen!!cheers,
