It's a good portrait but for my taste it would be better if there wasn't a glass almost in front of her face. It should be a little bit lower or the photo should be taken from different angle so glass would be on left or right side. Different dof would do it also better because this way the background is getting too much attention. No offence, that's just my opinion.
