Unbelievably beautiful, simply poignant and darkly buoyant. This image drew my eye immediately even in the small iconic size. That ray of light makes the entire story. One of hope in the darkness, with a beginning of illuminating all those scary shadows. Textures, shadow details, comp and God's light merge to a very shadowy range of colors that are richly sublime.
