Cool and then some!
I photographed this chilly and wet moment at ArtBasel last year where there was an outdoor water sculpture within and around which adults and children played. Taken with a Fuji Finepix S3 Pro and 24-70mm F2.8 Sigma lens at 1/4000 of a second. In Photoshop I then used some highlights and shadows, then an inner glow filter blended in at a low 10%

I saw that too last year. I'm living in Basel, not far from this place, and I'm driving through there several times a day. But I didn't dare running through the fountain to cool down. Very nice picture.
