i feel free

Life was not always as good for me, as it is now.
I felt repressed, caged, controlled.
Actually, I just woke up one day and
decided I didn‘t want to feel like that
anymore, or ever again. So I changed
things in my life.
I left so called friends to gain my own soul.
I left the dark paths of our society, of greed
and resentment, of longing and comparing
and turned my eyes towards the light where
there is happiness, truth and love.
In the morning when I wake up I now feel free.
Life is too short to waste time on wondering
what others think of me.

@lothar: das ist auch nicht so einfach... mir fehlt da auch der mut :-)
und tatsächlich heißt saint-george so, das ist sein nachname, kein der heiligsprechung geschuldeter titel :-))
wahrscheinlich ist da nomen doch omen :-))

Er hat den richtigen Entschluss gefasst und in die Tat umgesetzt. Mutig !!!
Ich bin noch nicht so weit :-(
Ich nenne mich auch noch nicht ´Saint - Lothar` sondern heiße schlicht und einfach weiterhin "Lothar"...
wer weiß wie lange noch.
