Pictures with so much contents and so many details tend to get messy and disorganized. Not this one. Everyone in the picture aligns their focus and attention onto the tv camera. That's what I think makes this picture work so well. Then there's of course all the energy that radiates from the faces of the little crowd that just love the idea of being on TV.Great shot!
