umami*, the fifth of our basic tastes and the most delightfully dangerous of all, if you ask me! ; )) taste it once and your tastebuds will snap into full blissful bloom and never stop screaming "FEED ME!!" again. a few years later and countless pounds heavier you'll suddenly ask yourself: "now, when did it all start?? oh yeah, right! it was that fateful day, when umami entered my life! ; ))))

great documentary shot, ken! my favorite detail: the shiny rhombic pattern on the lower part of the truck, the shadows and reflections on it, and the tense dance-like pose of the man's muscular shins in anticipation of that soon-to-be-satisfied umami rush! ; )) greetings, sabine.
