SCHWUNG HOLEN
Auf dem Weg zu neuen Höhen
wird's irgendwann auch abwärts gehen
Sieh dies dann nicht als Rückschritt an
kommst zwar nicht höher, doch voran
Selbst hier das Licht nicht ganz erlischt
manchmal der Schatten auch erfrischt
Vielleicht ist's diesem Stück zu danken
dass neue Kraft kannst wieder tanken
