garden beauty

my mothers garden is very nice, so I decided to try some flower macros there, even though that is not my world, really.
I took about 50 shots or so and I have to say I found it extremely dificult.
This is kind of the best I could come up with and I have even more Respect now, for all of you out there, that take such flower and plant pics on a regular basis. :-)

I love these beautiful flowers and have some in our garden too :))) This is a good shot with the stamens nice and sharp. Sometimes the use of fill-in flash will stop any movement.......and as these particular flowers have tall slender stems they can move if you simply look at them *o*
