Die Hagia Sophia ( „heilige Weisheit“, türkisch Ayasofya) oder Sophienkirche
ist eine ehemalige byzantinische Kirche, spätere Moschee und heutiges Museum
(Ayasofya Camii Müzesi, „Hagia-Sophia-Moschee-Museum“) im europäischen Teil Istanbuls.
