In Jerez de la Frontera, das bekannt für seine Pferdezucht ist, findet im Frühling die Feria del Caballo, ein prächtiges Pferdefest statt.
Ein Augenschmaus mit herrlichen Kutschen, edlen Pferden, stolzen Reitern und hübschen Senoritas in bunten Flamencokleidern.
