City in the news....
I have tried to telecast the aerial view of an indian city through indian channel;-)
while resizing the photo i always loose the quality of Picture in Photoshop, can someone please guide me how to avoid this. I will be really thankful to you!

I dont know if it will work Vishakha, but did you use a shutter speed of 1/125th ????
