MAURICE CLEGG

Free Account, Radcliffe, Manchester.

Fragile.

I was studying this picture of a robin that I took at the weekend and i'm amazed at how thin and fragile their legs are.
I know that they don't weigh very much, but they must have to be very careful not to injure them.

I had one in my hand, one day, and I agree with you, very fragile legs and without his feathers, certainly extemely thin bird, but so lovely friend of the gardener ! I like very much your picture ! BW. Elvi

They have to be tought to withstand the rigor of winter Maurice, and of course we can help by putting out the correct food stuffs or them when the weather is cruel.

A most beautiful shot of this little fellow.
