Nature is slowly awaking…….
Some time after the hazel, the willow is usually the second deciduous tree to show catkins in full glory.

The picture shows the beautiful and velvety male catkins of a Goat Willow.

Dutch name : Boswilg
German name : Sal-Weide
Latin name : Salix caprea
