I took this in Northern inland waters from our boat at anchor (not a lake, but a part of the Pacific Ocean) ... 2003 - or so.

Adele this is impressive! the shading and reflections of the clouds in the water are fantastic and give it a very contemporary feel I especially like the more monotone colors that seem to add a mystical influence to your work. Cheers!

this is so beautiful, adele!! the perfect symmetry of the landscape, the reflections of the clouds in the water, the unique "mercury color" with an almost imperceptible purple tinge to it… a scenery william turner would have loved to paint, i'm sure, but won't have to anymore, as you took its perfect picture already ; ))! hugs, sabine. p.s. i'm keeping my fingers crossed for good weather on you sailing trip! have a great time on it, adele!

Das ist nicht nur ein Foto, sondern ein Gemälde! Mit seinen wunderbaren Tönen und Farbwerten, der Ruhe die es ausstrahlt und dem feinen waagerechten Horizontstrich, der das Bild in zwei Teile desselben Motivs aufspaltet, aber den unteren Bereich etwas impressionistischer erscheinen lässt. Großartig!
