Early Wildflower in the back yard..........
......this has to be one of the smallest wildflowers I have ever shot, I had to use a 36mm extension tube between my Canon 5D and the Canon 100mm, f 2.8, macro lens to get enough magnification, it does narrow the dof so everything around it is blurred, it looks like a little orchid but it is only about 4 to 5mm long, and there are hundreds of them all over the yard, but I never looked this close at them before.....
