Nov. 14th on Saltspring Island - a walk through the rainforest with three non-photographers. I had no time to take the photos that I have shown - had to keep up with the group to not get lost or fall on the slippery narrow path. I sure appreciated my little Canon PowerShot then.

Best wishes for a nice first Sunday of the Advent season!!!!
I totally know what you mean, I have been on walks with people before and have seen a great photo and have had to just snap it quick or fall behind and have to run to catch up! I too have a Canon Powershot (pink of course) and it is fabulous.
The trees look like they are covered in something mythical and magical, welcome to fairy land Adele!! Great picture.
Hugs
Sally
I'm sure the path led you to an enchanted door. You pushed it open and... I'm waiting to see who and what you encountered behind the door!:) Lovely shot, Rgds, V.
: ))))))))) i'm glad you didn't get lost, adele – it would have deprived us of your marvellous pictures!! in this one i'm sure the ancient gnarled trees are alive resembling mystic old men, growing their hair ; ))! great!! hugs, sabine. p.s. the red leaves add such a great magical touch of color to the shot!
Oh it's too bad about the missed photos. Non photgraphers seem often to be in a hurry and they don't understand that we need time to take such amazing photos like this one.
