Schwer zu sagen...würde auf "rund um Page" tippen.

Evtl. Paria Canyon? Marble Canyon?

Kenne bis auf den Grand Canyon leider keine dieser Gegenden von "oben".

Auf jeden Fall eine gelungene Aufnahme!

...es gibt einfach zu viele dieser Canyons...

Tolle Aufnahme, diese kleineren Canyons werden selten so abgebildet.

Hi Ansgar,
könnte ein südlicher Arm des Grand Canyon sein. Der Havasu Canyon schaut so aus. Allerdings erkennt man nicht den Hilltop Parkplatz und den Zubringer. Von der Topo her aber recht ähnlich.
Schau mal im google earth...
sollte zu finden sein.
Und, schon wieder Fernweh?!? ;o)))

@Stefan: Ich habe auf Platz 6a gesessen, das Foto ist etwa 30 Minuten nach dem Start in Las Vegas mit der kleinen P7000 entstanden. Ich denke es ist irgendwo an der Grenze zwischen Arizona und Utah. Die Kamera schaut nach Nord-Westen.

@Stefan: iss doch klar, dass Du, der Entdecker von Edmaier´s Secret, jedes Luftaufnahmen Rätsel löst! Zumal wenn es in UT oder AZ liegt. ;-))
