Eingangsbereich der Ommayaden-Moschee vom Innenhof gesehen. Die Mosaike und Bemalungen dieser Decke allein lohnen schon den Besuch dieser Moschee. Aber auch die sehr ruhige und entspannte Athmosphäre dieses Gotteshauses machen nach dem Gewusel des Damaszener Souks eine Einkehr zum Erlebnis.
