Das Theater "Benno Besson" in Yverdon wurde 1898 erbaut und erhielt seinen Namen nach dem in Yverdon geborene Schauspieler, Regiesseur und Theaterleiter Benno Besson (1922-2006).

Vor dem Theater steht der grosse Pavillon "Rodonde de la place d'armes", aus dem diese Aufnahme entstand.

Die Bildgestaltung gefällt mir sehr gut. Das waren noch Zeiten als in den Pavillons die Platzkonzerte dargeboten wurden! Liebe Grüsse Prisca

Vorsaison. Tische und Stühle sind noch kaltgestellt.
Aber Yverdon im Sommer ist lebhaft und einen Ausflug wert.
