Auf dem Campingplatz bei der Katherine Gorge leben mehrere dieser Flinkwallabys. Sie sind an die Nähe der Menschen gewöhnt und fressen sogar aus der Hand. Leider wissen sie die Mülltonnen des Nachts zu nutzen und so wird man aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Dieses Männchen hat eine kühlende Grube in den Boden gegraben, bei 38°C im Schatten tut das Not. Es wollte mir leider keinen Platz machen.
