Hi Andy,

looks like a seagull. Ha, looking at your photo reminds me of a funny incident years ago when I was on holidays by the sea. I was strolling along the sea promenade eating ice cream when all of a sudden a seagull appeared from out of nowhere and stole my ice cream cone! Its wing barely missed my face when it came flying, I could feel the draught on my face. Excellent flight manoeuvre!

An excellent shot Andy, the details in those feathers as the light shines through is very good and the beautiful blue sky sets it off to perfection.
