Namibia : 60km nördlich von Sossus liegt die Lodge Namib Desert Lodge unterhalb den versteinerten Duenen die dann in diese Duenen Landschaft auslaufen. Dieses ist der Blick von dem Duenen Plateau gegen Osten.
The Namib Desert Lodge is situated 60km from Sossus and is nestled beneath the petrified dunes.These extend to much lower dunes now covered in grass on account of good rains. This shot was taken from the top of the dune plateaux facing east.
