Los kunas son famosos por sus molas, un tejido artístico colorido hecho con técnicas de bordado y bordado inverso. Las tablas de mola son usados para hacer blusas del traje kuna femenino, que es usado diariamente por muchas mujeres kunas. Mola significa en lengua kuna "ropa". Según la tradición Kuna, el diseño de la mola fue traído por la heroe cultural Magiryai.
