Die Platinium-Mine in Rustenburg, Südafrika, benützte kräftige Dampflokomotiven, um die schweren Erzzüge von den Minen zum Schmelzer zu bringen. Hier haben 15F 3001 und eine 15CA in kurzem Abstand beladene Züge gleich gebracht und warten nun auf neue Taten...

Rustenburg Platinium Mine North from Jo'burg (South Africa) used to move the ore trains from the mines to the processing plants with powerfull engine classes ex South African Railways. 15F 3001 and a 15CA have just brought their trains and are waiting for new assignment. Steam finished there a few years later and nowaday the lines seem to be electrified (who can confirm?)

Hier erkennt man, von wem die 25 NC abstammt!
Dennoch, ich finde, die 15F ist die schönere Lok, wenn sie auch von der 23 noch übertroffen wird.
