One scene, for me, full of romance.
It 'so long that he no longer sees steam trains.
My father, now dead, worked for the railroad, was head of the train e. .. this gentleman with the hat on his head, reminds me so much.
He too was waiting for the signal (the green palette of the station-master) to give the starting signal to the conductor of the train.
Thank you for giving me this blast from the past.
