Hallo Perry aus Texas und heute Bavaria,

Deine Fichtelsee- Aufnahme gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Foto besitzt sehr viel Kraft.

Das fiel mir auf:

Die typischen Herbstfarben am Uferrand vom Vordergrund über den Findling bis hin zu den gelb gefärbten Bäumen in der Bildmitte.

Die ersten Schneespuren, einige im Vordergrund; Schnee dann weiter auf den schwarz- grünen Fichten die den See einrahmen und schließlich der Schnee im Hintergrund den Hang hinauf dominierend.

Der typisch bayerische weiß-blaue Himmel, von aufsteigenden Nebelwolken teilweise verdeckt.

Alle Komponenten begleiten den blau- schwarzen Fichtelsee, der als Herzstück das Ganze befestigt und bereichert.

Ein sehr ruhiges, angenehmes, ja romantisches Landschaftsbild.

Here I would prefer to leave less of the picture from the top and leave more from the bottom. You know the rule of thirds (expressive lines should be in thirds - horizontaly and also verticaly).
Otherwise, nice scenery.

If i meet somebody, that haven't come across yet here, i always like to pick out my favorite photograph in there portfolio.
I love this one, its so nicely composed and has a calming effect on me.
Something to look at if I am cross or nervous :-))
It also makes me a bit homesick :-((
