very nice exposure in terms of light and contrast and no blown brights which is good for a sunlit subject.. and of course a lovely presentation.. it sounds unbelievable but i last saw a magnolia tree when i was 6 years old
a fine combination of these two images showing the stages of the magnolia ... beautiful light and colours, and we often see magnolias blossom twice :-)))
hugs, Adele
wow, very interesting juxtaposition, vera! ignorant me (sad, i know ; )) has never "consciously" seen a magnolia seed. didn't know what they looked like at all! but their velvety orange glow is so beautiful!! in fact, their color reminds me just a bit of the fruit of the sea buckthorn! don't laugh, but are they edible i wonder??? probably not… if they were, i might have encountered them in the store before: "m'am, you wouldn't happen to have a pack of magnolia seeds in your line of products, would you? i'd like to bake a magnolia seed cake!" nah, doesn't sound familiar… ; )) greetings, sabine.
Das ist wunderbar gemacht, Vera, schön, dass man auch mal die Früchte der Magnolie sieht, die Zusammenstellung von Blüte und Samen ist Dir absolut klasse gelungen.
