Der Graureiher (Ardea cinerea), umgangssprachlich auch Fischreiher, ist eine Vogelart aus der Ordnung der Schreitvögel (Ciconiiformes). Er ist in Eurasien und Afrika weit verbreitet und häufig. Weltweit werden vier Unterarten unterschieden. In Mitteleuropa ist er mit der Nominatform Ardea cinera cinera vertreten.
