Tough one for me: composition is 100% ok, motion blur on the kid is acceptable, but there's a lack of definition and the bright spot on the floor is a bit too bright.I can see it hanging on a wall though, so I'll vote pro.

The shadow-play and motion blur are exceptional. My problem with this shot is about exposure - the amount of burned out floor. I appreciate the challenge of not losing detail of the spectators in the background and getting the proper exposure on the child. Unfortunately in these lighing conditions, something has too give. I love the photo, a great moment. I would love it more if the crowd in the background was dodged in a little more to balance the photo more and make them standout and give the photo some sharpness to look at other than the blurred dancing kid. Skip for now.Inez Soares, 25.02.2007 at 20:52h

Its a rare moment, that I am thinking about proposing a picture for the gallery. This time I am being gripped so much by viewing this photo, that I fell in love with this touching moment within a second. I can´t describe the diversity of emotions, provoked by this intense situation.
