fragile little stray "hearts", wind-borne and exhausted from all the love and heartache they endured! they came to rest for a while on the coarse gravel, where unfortunately they are now slowly wilting and fading away… a great bitter-sweet melancholy feel to this shot, which is representing the fleetingness of time to me – both painful and delicious all at the same time! greetings, sabine.
