Borage is a herb that is known for its culinary properties.

The bright blue and star shaped flowers are the most attractive feature of this plant. Borage flowers are differentiated from other plants of this order by prominent purple-black anthers that form a cone in the center and are the beauty spot of the flower.

Dutch name : Bernagie (ook Komkommerkruid genoemd)
German name : Borretsch (auch Gurkenkraut genannt)
Latin name : Borago officinalis

Wunderschön sind die Blüten des Borretsch und man kann mit ihnen so viele Speisen dekorieren - bis hin zum Einfrieren der Blüten in Eiswürfel!
Du zeigst diese Blüte und die nospen in ganz feinem Licht und die Schärfe ist auch Klasse...

Ganz toll, dieses Licht auf dieser feinen Blüte mit den herrlich leuchtenden Stacheln! Auch die Komposition gefällt mir sehr!

Borretsch...*wunderbares Kraut*
ist ein Gewürz - und Heilkraut,
was in der Küche nicht fehlen darf.
Verwöhnt jedes Gericht, mit seiner Geschmacksvielfalt.
Sogar im Salat schmeckt es wunderbar.
Schön meine Großmutter hat es viel verwendet.
