Statua di San Pedro di Alcantara, Santo Cappuccino, canonizzato a 1978, scultore Navarro Gabaldon.
Il Santo è stato natto a Alcantara Spagna. La statua resta tra la casa dove è natto e la chiesa di Santa Maria de Almócovar, siglo XIII e costruita sopra una moschea arabe.

Scan da slide Kodachrome II, giugno 1985.

Vicino si trova il ponte romano su il fiume Tejo, iniziato nel tempo di Trajano con l`architetto Caio Julio Lacer.
