Barren landscape

Is this an undiscovered desolate planet? No - it's icy water droplets on the roof of my (very pink!) car! ;))
Thank goodness for digital technology, it took me about 40 attempts to get a half decent picture!

At F.3.9 you don't get much DOF....., but I like it in this case....
Never came to me that it was a roof from a car...
    How artistic you can get.....;-))
    Best regards,
    F...

    hmmmm!
Actually at first, before reading your explanation, I was imagining that it must be one of your delicious desserts, a pink dessert! I considered those icy water droplets as suger! :)) It's because I love your cuisine ;)
Very nice focus and composition with the dark end to night ...
I like your very pink car with the icy water droplets on it's roof :)
    Many hugs

wow, this is great, sally!!! never would have suspected it to be your "very pink car" – ever ; )))! it does look like a distant planet – probably located in the vicinity of mars, its smaller brother snickers maybe… ; )))) sorry, i'm being silly here… but what a great idea for an abstract, and what a great realization of it! love the glittering parts – now i know it's ice on the enamel of pink beauty! ; ) –, and the frozen droplets are great: outerspace lentils! despite its barrenness, it's a very fertile planet… ; ))))) hugs, sabine.

Wow - fantastic effects, Sally and indeed looking like an alien landscape with a concrete-like surface somewhere in deep dark space. Great these bubbles and tiny spots of light. Well seen, fine focus and crop !!!
    hugs, Adele
