Wonderful, well captured. Focus is amazing.

Paul Grimshaw, 6.07.2006 at 23:40h

If I'd seen that image on the back of my camera I would not have been able to wait to get home and upload it ... a great capture with great dof and composition. The light floor is a distraction for me but when you capture a great shot like this the little things are not as important. Close to a gallery shot but not quite sure. :0) Well done mate. Regards, Paul.

To me, this image feels like a composite of two shots. The background photo appears to be shot by someone standing on a beach, with birds is various stages of take off and landing. All are out of focus. The main subject, a different type of bird, is in full flight, legs tucked back and is pin sharp from wing tip to wing tip and is banking on a flight path that would be about the same height as the photographer.

If it's real, I'll vote pro for sure, but if it's a comp. I'll skip.

To isolate a single flying duck should be difficult, and yet Andrzej has been well presented it!
