A Mother's love

I have noticed that, like with humans animal behaviour in the wild changes during the day. I wanted to record their behaviour in the early morning. I was not disappointed at all. I followed a herd of Zebras and the Eland was there too. I followed them on foot for over 300m. It took me about an hour. They finally allowed me close enough to them that I literally stood among the herds.
There was a fair amount of fondling and grooming among the zebras and the Eland. At first the baby Zebra was drinking from her mother. After the drinking I watched her as her mother pulled her closer to her. The mother fondled her little one for about 10 minutes, rubbing her skin with her head, hugging her and sometimes also kissing her.
