Chinatown - a part of Vancouver from the turn of the century ... and this building one of the first .
I walked around last Saturday - bevor the masses of people come to see the parade and festivities next Sunday - so here are a few pictures.

    what a beautiful old building! love how you captured it with a very faint "gleam of sunshine" caressing the green and red of the facade! and the thorny branches look great against the white sky – in fact, they match the event perfectly, reminding me of the jagged back-crest of a dragon! ; ))) hugs, sabine. p.s.: little rabbit 2 thanks you for inquiring about her health. she's fine, thank you. but still on "night schedule". feeding on what i lay out for her at the "bunny bar" in pitch dark (i sometimes see her white fur through the night!) and digging up my front yard, leaving tips of droppings in the holes… ; )))
