I almost stepped on this small dragonfly enjoying the sun on this fallen leaf from the Big Leafed Cucumber Tree (a magnolia species)....
on my walk on Oct. 31st in VanDusen Gardens

Herrlich, man meint, dass auch die Tiere - egal wie klein sie sind - jetzt noch die Sonne genießen! Eine ganz feine Aufnahme mit dieser Libelle auf dem gefallenen Laubblatt...

Wie ungewöhnlich um diese Zeit noch Libellen, es ist aber auch noch ungewöhnlich warm, zumindest bei uns. Sehr schön erwischt, Adele, man kann sogar noch im Schatten der Flügel die feinen Strukturen erkennen!LG monika
