Look how fascinating the unknown fungi world is !!!
When I shot this striking fungus, it felt like I was diving into a deep dark but enchanting underwater reef.
The Strict-branch Coral (also known as Upright Coral) is a fungus that forms small clumps similar to marine coral.
This extra conspicuous beauty can be found on dead wood, stumps, trunks and branches of both deciduous and coniferous trees.
Dutch name : Rechte Koraalzwam
German name : Steife Koralle
Latin name : Ramaria stricta
