Black-tailed Skimmer
The black-tailed skimmer is a good-looking dragonfly, widespread all over Europe, except Iceland, north Scandinavia and Scotland.
This insect likes sunbathing on reed vegetation at the edge of freshwater lakes.
My shot shows a male specimen.

German name : Grosse Blaupfeil
Latin name : Orthetrum cancellatum
