The Fungi world (25) : Common bonnet

Common bonnets are growing in small clusters on hardwood logs and stumps.
Notice the dark brown stem of the left specimen in contrast with the white of the other ones, which is a rather unusual phenomenon for this species.
A lonely fly has chosen one of the fungi as its place to sleep for the night, as this shot was taken just before sunset.
