Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude und prima Aufnahme.
Das Motorrad ist der Hingucker und macht den Kontrast zur "neuen Welt" deutlich. Schön gesehen.

@Sonja: Djenné liegt in Mali, dh. in Westafrika, im mittleren unteren Drittel des Landes auf der Landkarte, es liegt zwischen den Flüssen Bani und NIger und ist sozusagen eine Insel. mehr Info zum Bau der Moschee findest Du unter dem Bild:
